“Gary and Harry did a brilliant job on our ASHP install. We were moving from an oil combi boiler so needed a new cylinder installed too. The initial survey was great, Gary was very thorough with the heat loss survey (Heat Geek ZeroDisrupt) and explained the process. The install was done in 3.5 days, they made the install look so easy and were very tidy. We're really happy with the install and if you're looking for a Heat Geek approved heat pump installer, you're in safe hands with The Heat Pump Guy.”

Google2026-09-07“We recently had a new air source heat pump installed by Gary and Harry, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish.
The whole process was straightforward, from the initial survey through to the installation. Everything was clearly explained at every stage, which gave us confidence throughout. Gary and Harry were both professional, personable, and easy to talk to, making the experience even better.
As we were having a kitchen refit at the same time, I explained that the installation would need to fit around the other work. They went above and beyond by bringing forward the removal of our existing gas boiler to help keep the kitchen project on schedule, then returning later to complete the heat pump installation.
The installation itself was completed quickly, with both the plumbing and electrical work carried out to a very high standard and left looking incredibly neat. Once everything was finished, Gary took the time to thoroughly explain how the system works, helped us set up the app, and talked us through the timing controls to make sure we were comfortable using everything.
What really stands out is the excellent aftercare. Gary has been readily available to answer any follow-up questions, which has been greatly appreciated.
Overall, we couldn’t be happier with the service. Gary and Harry were knowledgeable, professional, accommodating, and took real pride in their work. We would highly recommend them to anyone considering an air source heat pump installation.”
